I had originally ordered a 6kg pair first, and later I ended up ordering this 3kg BUNDLE with the Shena board so I have more options to work with. Now that I did, I realized how important the Shena board is for this kind of training, and the lighter weights to start on certain exercises.
The quality is astounding, and you are working out with a tool made with a craftsmanship and a beauty hard to match. I am absolutely pleased with with my 3kg BUNDLE.
