Kashi recommended the 40 kg Sang set based on what I told him about my fitness level. He said that it would be a challenge and it definitely has been one. For the week or so I was just practicing with one of the shields with the other hand acting as a stabilizer. However, after that first week my nervous system seems to have adjusted to the load and I’m using them normally. Great product.

Performed correctly the Sang is a safe and significant tool that bomb proofs the whole shoulder girdle. Any deficiencies in shoulder girdle range of motion can be identified and then improved with regular practice. This is a meditative tool that coordinates movement and breath with regular practice.
