Well built , I originally ordered the smaller board thinking the size would fit me better, it was out of stock and Instead of waiting, was offered the larger one . It was shipped together with a set of meels . Both were well packed and shipped quickly .

I received a used Shena- board with scratched and one spot looks like had some damage on it but they fixed it. I let the Persian Yoga know Mr. Kashi who is in charge with it and sent pictures to him. Instead being sorry and try to satisfy me his customer totally ignored me. That’s fine I did purchase single Shena- board to see how the service and quality will be, if is good purchasing Meels and more items . He proved me Persian Yoga is not trustworthy and too faraway from Pahlevani behavior. God bless everyone

The Shena you received was not used. And I didn’t ignore you. You claimed that the surface of the Shena was scratchy and rough. The Shena is intentionally not made very smooth so it doesn’t get slippery when the hands are sweaty during training. But nevertheless l offered you a full refund because you were not happy, which you declined. I also offered you a discount on any future purchase. I even took video footage of the Meel that I sent you so you could pick and choose with confidence, it was you who ignored my messages and didn’t reply. Instead you chose to write this review (which I simply could have deleted) and to attack my integrity and character. I stand with my initial offer to give you a refund, but I will now require you to post the Shena back to me, you are not worthy of it.

After receiving this shena I realized how narrow I was doing push ups . Much more comfortable for a bigger guy and the twist push ups feel more natural as well. Just like the premium shena it’s sturdy and doesn’t move while I make contact with it and for those of you with wrist issues like I have on occasion from too many wrist locks I don’t think I’ve ever had wrist pain while doing push ups on this board versus occasional wrist pain from regular push ups.a real great piece to add to your physical culture collection.
