Traditional Pahlavan 3/4 pants made with genuine Bull hide leather and Termeh (handmade wool and silk fabric from Yazd).
Termeh is traditional and very ancient handwoven silk and wool fabric which can only be hand produced at about 30 cm per day. Each pair of trousers are about a weeks worth of handcraft.
On the Shalvarak you can see the Paisley symbol, which is the ancient Zoroastrian/Persian symbol of living a strong life in humbleness, something a Pahlavan (Persian Yoga practitioner) aspires to.
The leather represents toughness and Termeh symbolizes the sophistication of this ancient tradition.
Features:
- Genuine Bull leather
- Classic Termeh from Yazd
- Traditional Paisley embroidery design
- Reinforced seems

Received my Shalvarak by special order. I’ve shown them to several clothiers and everyone raves about the detail work and appearance of this piece- very well made and the effort is apparent once you examine them up close. An excellent buy!

Excellent product and craftsmanship, I received my shalvarak today and am very pleased with it. Kashi is a decent merchant. However, I ordered the largest shalvarak and it’s a bit small for me, time to lose weight by doing Persian yoga.
