Product Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

I strives to provide customers with consistent, reliable and handmade quality products that they can trust. My products are not mass produced or machine made. Each item is hand made out of one piece of timber and as such each item is completely unique and no two pairs are identical. In particular each Meel (Persian Club) can have individual variability in size, weight and appearance. Some may have visible veins which are natural to the wood grain.

I’ve made our customer service policies to be simple with your needs and comfort in mind.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you receive or it does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to Persian Yoga™ within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and postage.

First email me on info@persianyoga.com to obtain a return address then simply put all of your product in the original packing and post the it back to us. You pay for the return. I pay for sending any new items to you.

I accept merchandise returns that are undamaged and in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

When I receive and process your return shipment, I will send a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order.

If you want a refund then we will refund the purchase price for returned merchandise to the credit card you used to pay for your original order excluding shipping and postage.

Refunds will be made within 14 business days. 

Damaged Items

I take great care with each and every customer order – all items are wrapped by hand and carefully packaged before they leave us to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

However, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is damaged, please notify me via e-mail at info@persianyoga.com within 48 hours of receipt stating the nature of the damage including photos of damaged items. 

I will provide return instructions and offer an exchange (if available) or a full refund upon receipt of the returned item, including return postage costs, up to the value of the original outward postage.

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for items sent back without first informing me of your intention to do so and stating the reason for the return.

Undelivered Items

If your item has been returned to us after a failed delivery attempt you will need to pay for the item (postage only) to be sent to you again.
