For true and complete healing of the Body cannot occur in the absence of movement correction and strength development!
Rather than focusing on specific parts Persian Yoga focuses on total Body development.
It is important to add that our understanding of the Body extends beyond just the physical. And it is good to remember that reality of the Body is the unity and integration of all the parts. The parts are human made inventions for analysing it.
Unless you love the body, and unless you understand the body, you cannot grow spiritually. The body is the temple of your soul.
At Tribe Chiropractic they believe that 'Movement is Life' and they help their clients with their ideal outcomes, whether that be acute pain and day to day mobility or long term strength and sporting goals.
WELCOME TO OUR TRIBE
I derive the greatest reward and motivation from the experience of Dr. Oxenham and Dr. Wiseman and others such as Dr. Mateusz Kalnik MD in training for Orthopedic Surgery in Germany and his wife Aleksandra a Personal and Pilates Trainer and physiotherapy student who wrote the following to me:
"Looking for solutions of our personal musculoskeletal problems and having in mind the recurrent problems of our clients and patients we experimented with many training and treatment methods.
We have tried Pilates, Yoga, different martial arts, The Feldenkrais Method, made some experience with Kettle Bells, Indian Clubs and TRX Suspension Training.
None of these systems managed to solve our problems for good, nor did we see any long-lasting significant improvement by our clients.
a holistic exercise system that would both have the qualities of a rehabilitation and a conditioning tool, minimal injury risk and maximal corrective effect.
Persian Yoga is the very first system that gave us spectacular and long-lasting improvement of our personal health problems (knee and shoulder pain, sternoclavicular instability, upper back pain). It has positively influenced our posture and coordination in everyday activities bringing vitality and happiness during the exercise.
With Persian Yoga in only 30 minutes we do cardio, stretching, core and strength training getting extremely fast results.
Exercises with Meel and Shena address the areas of the mind that are responsible for the use of tools which makes them even more interesting and engaging, raising the joy and motivation we derive from the practice."
