Rather than focusing on specific parts Persian Yoga focuses on total Body development.
It is important to add that our understanding of the Body extends beyond just the physical. And it is good to remember that reality of the Body is the unity and integration of all the parts. The parts are human made inventions for analysing it.
Unless you love the body, and unless you understand the body, you cannot grow spiritually. The body is the temple of your soul.
